BUILDING REGS
All boiler installations need to be notified with Building Regs so that you receive a certificate to say the work is compliant. Without this certificate you may hit problems when you come to sell your home.
Our qualified technicians are able to self certify their installations and make sure you get this important document in your hand.
SYSTEM FLUSH
We don't install a boiler without flushing the full central heating system as standard. Why not? Because it's a requirement of boiler manufacturers' warranty terms and therefore your warranty will be invalid without it!
If you're shopping around for quotes make sure a flush is included. You don't want to find out several years down the line that your installer invalidated your warranty on day one
